The yacht becomes your brand space: we decorate it with your company flags and custom decoration, plan the moment of the reveal, and host your guests with a cocktail reception, a buffet or a seated dinner. Product launch on a yacht: a planning checklist
A launch on the Bosphorus is built around one moment, the reveal, and everything else should lead up to it. Brands and agencies that plan backwards from that moment get the best results. This is the checklist we suggest working through.
Weeks before the launch
- Fix the date and the guest list, then send a save-the-date to press and key clients as early as you can, as the press calendar fills quickly.
- Send us your logo, brand colours and any flags or decoration you are supplying, so the yacht can be dressed in your brand.
- Decide whether the product comes on board the same day or earlier, and plan how it gets to the pier; large or fragile items need extra time and people to carry them.
- If the news is under embargo, mention it on the invitation and agree what guests may post during the evening.
Choosing the moment of the reveal
Light matters for photos and video. A reveal at golden hour gives soft, warm images, and our private sunset yacht cruise page explains how that part of the evening works. A reveal after dark relies on the illuminated skyline and works well if the product itself has light or a screen. Pick the landmark you want in the background, perhaps the Maiden's Tower or the Bosphorus Bridge, and our route map helps you see where the yacht will be.
Briefing the photographer
Give the photographer a short shot list: the product with the landmark behind it, the reveal itself, your spokesperson with key guests, and a few branded details on board. Agree how soon you need the first images if you plan to share them with the press that evening.
On the day
- Have someone from your team at the pier with the guest list to welcome press and VIPs by name.
- Rehearse the reveal once with the crew before guests arrive, including who speaks and for how long.
- Prepare any press kits or gift bags in advance and hand them out as guests leave, not during the reception.

Yacht product launch prices: what affects your quote
Every launch is different, so we prepare a written proposal for yours. The price is based on five things:
- The yacht: size and capacity
- Duration: most launches last 2 to 4 hours
- Date and time: weekends, summer evenings and holidays are busiest
- Group size: number of adults and children
- Food, drinks and extras: what you add to the cruise

Choose the pier closest to your hotel, office or venue; for large groups we can also arrange transfers. We board from eight piers along the Bosphorus:

How many guests can attend?
Our yachts host corporate groups from 10 up to 250 guests. Tell us your group size and whether you plan a seated or standing event, and we suggest the right yacht.
Can the yacht be decorated with our company branding?
Yes. We can decorate the yacht with your company flags and custom decoration in your colours. Send us your logo and ideas with your brief.
Can we present our product on board?
Yes. The saloon or the open deck can be arranged for your presentation, and our sound system works for speeches and music. We plan the timing so the reveal happens at the right moment of the cruise.
Which food format works best for a launch?
Most launches choose a cocktail reception with finger food so guests can mingle; a buffet or seated dinner is also possible.

Why is there no price on this page?
Every corporate event is different: the yacht, the length of the event, the menu, the entertainment and the branding all change the price. Send us your brief and we reply with a written proposal.
Can we cancel or change the date?
Cancel at least 7 days before your cruise and your advance payment is refunded in full. Within 7 days the advance payment is not refundable, and within 3 days the full tour price is due. See our private tour cancellation terms.
